第十章 油茶百味 烟火千家

一方水土养一味油茶，千家烟火酿百般风情。在恭城的每一个村落，每一户人家，都有属于自己的油茶秘方，没有统一的标准，没有固定的配比，却都熬煮着最动人的人间滋味。

有的人家偏爱姜香浓郁，捶打时多加生姜，茶汤入口辛辣醇厚，暖身驱寒，最适合阴冷的冬日；有的人家钟情茶香悠长，选用陈年茶叶，少放油料，茶汤清冽回甘，适合燥热的夏日；还有的人家习惯加入米花、玉米、红薯一同熬煮，让油茶多了几分粮食的香甜，一口下去，满是饱腹的温暖。

清晨时分，恭城的街巷里飘着各异的油茶香气。阿婆们在自家灶台前忙碌，捶茶声此起彼伏，一碗碗热气腾腾的油茶端上桌，配上炒米、油果、香菜、葱花，一家人围坐而食，闲话家常，烟火气在屋内升腾。对于恭城人而言，油茶早已融入三餐四季，是清晨的第一份温暖，是午后的一抹闲适，是夜晚的一份慰藉。

逢上邻里相聚，油茶更是连接人心的纽带。几户人家凑在一起，一口大锅共同捶煮油茶，你添一把茶叶，我加一勺花生，茶汤沸腾间，欢声笑语不断。一碗油茶，不分贫富，不分长幼，人人皆可享用，这便是乡土最质朴的温情，也是恭城油茶流传千年的魅力所在。

A land nurtures its own oil tea, and thousands of families create countless flavors. In every village and every household of Gongcheng, there is a secret recipe for oil tea. Without unified standards or fixed proportions, they all brew the most touching mortal taste.

Some families prefer strong ginger flavor, adding more ginger during pounding to make the tea spicy and mellow, perfect for cold winters. Some love long‑lasting tea fragrance, choosing aged tea leaves with less oil for a clear and sweet soup, ideal for hot summers. Others are used to adding rice crackers, corn and sweet potatoes to brew, making the oil tea sweeter with grain flavor, bringing full warmth with every sip.

In the early morning, different fragrances of oil tea drift through the alleys of Gongcheng. Grandmothers are busy at their stoves with pounding sounds rising one after another. Bowls of steaming oil tea are served with fried rice, crispy oil balls, coriander and green onions. Families sit together chatting, with mortal warmth rising in the house. For Gongcheng people, oil tea has long been integrated into daily life, being the first warmth in the morning, leisure in the afternoon and comfort at night.

When neighbors gather, oil tea becomes a bond connecting hearts. Several families gather to pound and brew oil tea in a big pot. You add a handful of tea leaves, I add a spoonful of peanuts. Laughter fills the air as the soup boils. A bowl of oil tea is enjoyed by everyone regardless of wealth or age. This is the simplest warmth of hometown and the everlasting charm of Gongcheng Oil Tea.
